I would like to add explicitly a point TRAINING/EDUCATION (addressed to social workers and students) and another point DISSEMINATION (of our research and thereotical advancements)
In the board activities we could put the following ones: to do periodical proposal to implement network mission; to prepare a three-monthly (?) newsletter in order to collect in a sintetic way the (shared) work in progress; to pick up proposals for general assembly location

maybe we could change, in the introduction to 2.mission 'on the impact of international migration on urban inclusion' into 'on issues relating to international migration and cities' as it says on the homepage, which is broader than the focus on inclusion
I like the 'network goals', I'm very happy with the 'policy relevance and public awareness'
3. organization
I think it would be best to make sure the Secretariat is always linked to an institution, so that it has means and continuity - I don't know what others think about this? and if this should be put in the statutes explicitly?
the board: is there need for a board, if all it will do is evaluate candidacies for memberships?
I think the idea to link the annual assembly to an annual conference is very good

I agree, when this enlarging will start to take place? Should those conditions (when we are established our own action) or times (near future, during the three years etc) write in the statute as well?
